Applicants are to submit the following documents at the time of registration 

• Completed application form (can be obtained from the Admissions Office and website) 
• One passport-sized photograph 
• Registration fee for entrance audition (EUR 50,—) 
• Curriculum Vitae 
• Passport (photocopy) 
• Letter of motivation (not required for Preparatory Course)
• For Master’s Degree registration, a Bachelor’s Degree certificate or equivalent degree certificate is required 

The application form including all required documents (see above) may be dropped off at the Admissions Office or mailed to the Admissions Office by the application closing date (date of mail stamp is valid). 
Only applicants who have submitted all required application documents qualify for the entrance audition. 
Admission is dependent on the applicant’s passing of the entrance audition and availability of university places. 

Applicants who have registered and comply with all admission requirements are not notified by post of the test date. 
The exact procedure and order of applicants is published latest 2 weeks before the respective test date on the notice board of the Admissions Office (Room 3.20) and on the internet site www.konservatorium-wien.ac.at.
Note that there may be changes at short notice! Please check the information on the notice board of the Admissions Office again the day before the test. 

The results of the entrance audition will be published on the notice board of the Admissions Office (Room 3.20) and on the internet site www.konservatorium-wien.ac.at.
Applications for enrollment at the Konservatorium Wien University may be submitted to the Admissions Office at any time. Applications received after the registration closing date will be considered in the next registration drive.
